To keep our service on time, all seats are sold on a reservation basis for a specific date and time.
If you miss your scheduled departure, the ticket is no longer valid for travel and is non-refundable.
We require all passengers to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Yes, you can trade in your reservation online up to 10 hours before your scheduled departure.
The cost of your initial reservation will be applied as a credit toward your new booking.
Each passenger is welcome to bring (1) Medium-sized luggage piece and (1) Small personal item (backpack, small tote, or laptop bag).
The personal item must fit completely under the seat in front of you.
For safety, no single piece of luggage over 50 lbs (23 kg) is permitted.
We strongly recommend locking all luggage with a TSA-approved lock and labeling bags with your contact information.
Small pets (dogs, cats, and rabbits) are welcome in their carriers.
On-lap: $35 CAD extra (carrier must stay on your lap).
Separate seat: You can book a separate seat for your pet’s carrier at the standard seat price.

Yes, booster seats are available for children (ages 5-12, or over 18kg/40lb) for an additional $5 CAD.
